Randomised Control Trial with University of Southampton
The aim of this cluster randomised controlled Trial (RCT) is to evaluate whether the engagement programme – Healthy Habits for Healthy Minds and Bodies (H3MB) improves health outcomes for children.
A series of outcomes will be assessed, aligned to the core objectives of the programme: Dietary Quality, Mental wellbeing, Fruit and Vegetable intake, Water intake, Sleep hours, Physical activity level, BMI, Visceral fat, Health literacy and Educational attainment.

Neuronimo Delivery with Education Authority
Working with the Education Authority, the aim of this programme was to both provide a Covid-19 recovery programme and deliver a sustainable mental and physical health programme to young people aged 4-18.
Over 86,000 young people took part, with mental health assessed using the Sterling Wellbeing Scale. Outcomes can be seen in the below infographic.
